Recording & project help

Use headphones. Record adds a new take to the selected track at the playhead. Stop or Record ends the take. Adjust clip Start if your microphone has delay. Mic monitoring may have audible delay; it is off by default. Effects, track volume and pan are heard live and included in exports. The metronome is never exported. Files can be up to 250 MB each; total decoded project audio is limited to 300 MB for browser memory.

Space: play/pause. Ctrl/Cmd+Z: undo. Select a clip and split it at the playhead, or edit offset/length to trim. Drag clips to move them; use Start for precise alignment. Autosave is local to this browser and can be removed by clearing site data. Save a project file to keep your audio and edits. This audio studio does not include MIDI or virtual instruments.
