SurStudio Terms of Use
Updated October 2, 2026. These terms describe use of the public SurStudio audio toolkit.
Use recordings you have permission to edit
Only process audio you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for obtaining permission required to record, edit, download or share material. Removing vocals does not give you ownership of the underlying recording.
Review your results
Audio separation and musical analysis produce estimates. SurStudio does not promise perfectly isolated vocals, exact key or tempo detection, or professional mastering. Results depend on the recording, selected settings and your browser.
Keep copies of your work
Save your original files and download results before closing a session. Browser storage and Mini Studio local projects are not a guaranteed backup. Clearing site data can remove cached models and locally saved projects.
Device requirements and access
The public tools are free to use without a customer account. Supported formats, file limits, device memory and processing time still apply. Features may change as the toolkit develops; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Responsible use
Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights or interfere with its operation. Microphone tools require browser permission; end microphone access when your session is finished.
Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Policy for details about local audio processing, browser storage and limited usage analytics. Email contact@surstudio.app with questions.
